I would say that I am out of the ordinary, because I do not feel that you have to be with a mate in order to feel that your life is complete. If you are with someone then that is fine, as long as you are also fine by yourself. I think it is sad that so many people feel that their lives are unhappy without a mate. They wonder why they are not satisfied when they get married, because they are looking for their mate to fulfill them. You should make yourself happy, so that when you meet someone, it is the frosting on the cake.
But when I am with someone I am totally a traditionalist, because I want honesty, respect, loyalty, and compassion from my mate, and I always give the same back.
