15 years ago when the average home did not have Internet access we did not sit around at home thinking gee my life would not be so boring if only the Internet was invented. This is the same for 50 years ago when we did not all have TVs. There is so much more to life that electric entertainment. People did have fun in the past. As for heaven I think it will have tons of amazing things to see and do. I highly doubt that when the Lords people reach heaven they will say gee I am so bored I wish I was still on earth so I could read my spam today.

Are you kidding? John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison giving concerts with lots of grass? John Belushi, The Marx Brothers, Abbot and Costello clowning around? Abraham Lincoln, Martin Luther King, JFK, Buddha, Mohamed and Jesus to hang out with? Rin Tin Tin and Lassie and all those baby seals to be affectionate with? Not to mention Marilyn Monroe? Boring? No way! Party time!!!
People are dying to get into heaven. As for the pits of hell, those aren't places of torment either. They're the mosh pits for people who are into heavy metal music. Everyone's got their own tastes.
You think I'm kidding? You'll see. The only part of heaven that's boring is the part where the fundamentalists of every religion hang out. They don't fight with each other any more because what's really going on is beyond belief. They don't have anything to prove or be self-righteous about any more. So they just sit and contemplate how far away they are and have always been from appreciating the joys and beauty of human existence.

Heaven and Hell are fantasies, so why bother to speculate much? Guatama the Buddha said idle metsphysical speculation was a waste of time that he could show how to spend more productively. After that warning, I say Heaven sounds horribly boring to me. It's just another type of Hell. Some people say all you do forever is sing hymns praising Yahweh the Hebrew god to whom Moses pledged allegiance above all the other gods he believed existed. I couldn't stand that a few seconds of such horrible screeching, let alone forever. In Mark Twain's novel, Tom Sawyer said he didn't want to sit on a cloud playing a harp forever. If heavens did exist, I'd take the Moslem one with 72 houris for my sexual pleasure, not the insipid Christian one with no sex or pleasures. Some people believe the Bible's campaign promises without question. Dream on, suckers!

Heaven is merely the realm of God's presence. After death, the Bible tells us that we will live on the earth.
The Bible doesn't tell us if there will be TV, computers or the internet, but if you're bored, I promise that I'll keep you amused.

Not even animals and grass!
Grass needs soil in which to sink its delicate roots.
No soil in heaven.
Happily, nobody goes there.
Have a peak at Psalm 115:16.
Have a peak at Psalm 37:2

I thought I was the only one that thought heaven was going to be boring....I used to cry in church and tell my mom that I didn't want to go to heaven. I didn't like the sermons and the music was awful! But I grew up and found a church that has rockin' music, and we have so much fun dancing and playing that I know God must like to have fun.
If Jesus went to good marriage parties, like the one at Cana, he would appreciate families getting together to laugh and visit!

The bible says very little about Heaven because people aren't going there. The bible does talk alot about earth and what its future hold because that is where man was put and that is where he'll stay.

How nice would it be to not have a phone ringing. Or email to check 5 times a day. How wonderful to not have the constant day to day stresses we put on ourselves. Grass and animals seems pretty good if ask me.

Christ taught the Holy Ghost would teach us all things and bring all things to remembrance (John 14:26). Heaven is boring only if you do not want to learn everything God knows.

You have to see what your definition of heaven is, and animals and grass is metaphoric. Life to you could be heaven right now!
