Definitely concentrate on studies and internships. If you can hold down a part-time job and still do well in studies, go for it. You are going to school so you can have a better job and make more money some day. The part-time job making pennies isn't worth gambling your real goals on.

Usually you have one shot to do grad school right. It is an opportunity one should not take lightly. I recommend, if possible to put all your effort into it and take internships. Most internships lead to good jobs right after you graduate. Having a part-time job won't help you in the long run if it hurts your GPA and internship opportunities.

I think it's better to work part time. Graduate school is not the intensive environment of undergrad. You can take one or two courses at a time while working without too much trouble, and you can still finish in a reasonable amount of time.
From my experience gaps in your work history make it much harder to re-enter the workforce when you're ready - and when you do get an offer it's usually at a lower wage than it would have been if they know you've already got a job. Beggars and choosers you know - employers will take advantage.

it would depend on your course load and your ability to juggle different projects and multitask. the experience from the internships would, more than likely, be invaluable. but if you have a good part time job, then it may be just as invaluable. do what you are comfortable with, only you know what you can actually endure.
