Let me just make one thing clear. Im an Airman in the US Air Force, i have no problem being a big tough guy. However, when i love someone, i dont WANT to hurt them.

Here's what you can do. Be honest, breakups are really hard on relationships, and honesty will salvage any possible future relationship. Its like taking off a bandAid, would you like it fast or slow?
1. Find a chance for you to be alone with each other. I mean personally, not on the phone.
2. Tell her that your relationship at its current level needs to end.
3. Give her some time to let it sink in.
4. If she tries to convince you to giver her another chance, listen to her.
5. Tell her you've made up your mind.
6. Tell him up to what extend would you like to keep your relationships.
7. Listen to her response and respect her feelings about this new level.
8. Let her go when she feels she needs to end the conversation.

I think a good way to break-up with her would be to explain to her that this is not the kind of relationship you want. You want the kind of relationship where you know that you can trust her. Explain that you want a relationship based on trust and not lust for some other man. You must also let her know how her cheating on you made you feel. Remember the shoe is now on the other foot. It is said that the man is the one who is always cheating on their partner.

You say " Im sorry but i just dont feel the same way about you anymore, it has come to the time where we need to cut romantic ties, i hope we can still be freinds , and some part of me will always love you, thing just cant remain the same. then smile sweetly with tears in your eyes , and turn and walk away, whatever you do dont turn and look back. (Oh and dont answer calls to her for at least a month, you shouldnt call her either.)

Huh - let me get this straight - the girl cheated on you, and you want to make the breakup painless? Sounds like she wouldn't really care, so just tell her that you can't get past her being unfaithful. But if you're really softhearted, tell her that you'd like to stay friends.

Why be nice if she cheated? It's not like she cared about how you would feel so why should you give her that respect? Just dump her and be sure to tell her how much she hurt you.

You have every right tot be mad at her since she cheated on you.
Just tell her how it is ...
Tell her it's over and if she asks why you tell her that in a relationship the most important thing is trust and she doesn't have yours , because you know what she did and you can't have that ..

What most nice guys do is just start distancing themselves to the point that the girl will break up with them instead.

She cheated on you and you're worried about hurting her feelings when breaking up with her? I wonder why she cheated. Look man up and tell her you're you never want to see her again and tell her why.

why would you even want to try just do it. you must not care about her to much or else you would be real mad and not at all want to be nice about it. but if you really want to be nice about it send her an email letter and tell her she is a slut and you dont like to be with someone like that. that sounds nice to me
