I work out on the treadmill everyday for 35 minutes at the highest incline (15) and have it set at 3.5 mph, I do the rowing machine for 8 minutes, do about 10 minutes of weight work outs and then swim for 1 hour. ( deep water class for 45 minutes and then swim) I am a 47 year old female. I'm 20 pounds over weight according to the charts. Can someone give me a suggestion to loose weight?

don't know your fitness level (sounds really good) but i can help with the weight loss.try to eat 5 SMALL meals a day keep it high in protine and low in fat. carbs are okay but always in moderation. whole grain breads are best. cut out the junk food
fish is good, like salmon and tuna for meals, also chicken, non breaded . have a fruit or vegitable, vegies are best (less sugar) with each meal and half a liter of water and mabey a small glass of juice. 2-3 eggs for breakfast make it an omlet with chease and stuff or what ever way you like your eggs. be creative with your meals. eat right but enjoy it or it will fail because you will wan't to quit. no more condements except for small ammounts of mayo for tuna or chicken salad. if you wish to eat them thats ok they will slow you down if you eat them but it won't stop your progress . mix up the recipies have fun with your food. stop eating sweets for good don't eat after 8:00 (optional, it really does help). drink lots of water 2-3 liters a day no sodas or sugary drinks and back off the caffine. its tough for 3 or 4 days then it gets starts to get easier. on work outs don't use machine weights you'll only hurt your self in the long run. you won't workout your stabelizer mucles and those mucles are key. keep the weight heavy and reps low 2 sets of 5 reps max. any more icreases injury risk. this won't get you huge like arnold i promise. it will tone the mucle you have by making it denser. more muscle burns more calories and thats what we want. don't get discouraged it takes time to get going but then moves fast the pounds will start rolling off soon. but rember thoes charts are only guidelines talk to a doctor to find out where you should really be health wise.

There's a product called Suddenly Slim. It is an all natural product. Most everyone that I know who has taken the product has had great success with it.

I lost 10 pounds in 10 days and a total of 12 1/2 inches. My Pastor lost 41 pounds in 10 weeks from using the stuff. He went from a size 46 to a 40 pant. It works.

In ten days you could lose 10 pounds.

Go to www.firstfitness.com
If you purchase the product, tell them you are preferred customer #TE053381.
Good luck..

Read all your food labels!
This is an absolute necessity for loosing weight. I did and now I am back at a size 5! Rid your cabinets of MSG and High Fructose Corn Syrup. It takes time, but it works! I also walk 2-3 miles a day. I hope you found this informative. I just think people really need to know this stuff so we can put an end to this kind of garbage in our foods and have a fit and healthier society.
Good luck.
