yes, the phases of the moon have come in play and it time for ramadam. I am sure the moon has got more to do with islam than muslims let on to... the symbol is a moon and star... i have been trying to find the origin of the moon from sources including the koran... but have failed to find out where it originally came from... fasting ... what is that all about ?

Um... Where is the proof that ramadan starts tomorrow? All of my sources show it starts NEXT month. Today is September 7, 2006 | Sha`ban 14, 1427

hey sofia

fasting today, tommorrow or any special day will get no one nowhere anywhere if its for the sake of showing that you're a muslim or practising to be one

and a practising muslim does not mean one is really a true muslim

so get real and stop this silly promotion

Interesting I would like to know what the meaning of fasting is and for what. What is the special day?

So does that mean the world can relax a bit from getting blown up, seeing that you people are fasting?

I know Muslims that are fasting, but others are getting ready for RAMADAN. Why? are you a Muslim or just interested. anyway it's nice to know that someone cares
