Been dating for 2 months ..how much calling is too much? We talk maybe once a day, either he calls, I call, or one of us texts each other. I feel like sometimes I am calling too much and try to back off...I dont want him to think I am overbearing, he has a lot going on, and he knows I do as well. I would like to talk to him more, but dont want to push it...Usually if I call one day, I wait til he makes the next contact, its pretty equal right now.

I think you just need to relax and not try to add up the times you communicate. You are putting way too much pressure on yourself wondering if it's too much. Just do what you feel. If you want to call and say "hi", do it.

Wow....I am going thru a similar situation....I think what you are doing is just fine...sounds like you both have alot going on & you are both going at a nice even pace...taking it slow...as things should be...you are right...you don't want to come off as overbearing...so I would just keep things going the way they are for right now since things are still so new....it's also good some times to let the guy wonder what you are doing...so when he calls, it means all the more since then you know that he "wants" to talk to you...I know it makes me smile when the guy I'm seeing calls...like I said, I am going thru a very similar situation...and we both take turns calling...we both have our own lives that are busy but we make time for each other each day to talk...and there are times that we might skip a day of talking but that is alright too...it just means that we have more to talk about the next day...we are taking things slow...one day at a time...and I think the ways things are moving along for us is very healthy...so I would say continue doing what you are doing...and as time progresses w/ your relationship, you might find you both talking more often like you want...be patient...good things come to those who wait :-) Good luck!

no matter and keep on your way , guys sometimes dont' lik to be pushed, i've a similar affair since 6 month and the guy doesn't feel like to overcome our relationship so i let him, i call and text sometime, but i dont go further. One day if he really has some feelings for you maybe will he do more. Luk

Calling each other is the way to get to know each other better. After all your relationship is very recent. It looks like you're doing everything just right! Trust your feelings.

once a day? that's it?! ya'll should be talking in the mornings b4 work, around lunch, after you get off work and before bed. That's what me and man do but we have known each other a lot longer.

keep it equal. If you call much more than him, I't over bearing. Also, ask him how uch contact he want. My I went ahead and told my last girlfriend how much contact I wanted, and she doubled it. Thats why I'm single again. Nobody likes a stalker.
