Most of our balls found have lots of salt crust on them and it is very time consuming to clean the balls. Currently we soak them in hot water ,bleach and washing powder,this softens the salt crust then we use a hand brush. We can clean about 10 in half an hour. I would appreciate any advice.

You could try the dish washer, that way you can put a ton of balls in there at the same time. The dish soap and the hot water should be strong enough to get the salt crust off of the balls. Hope that helps!

Put them in a 40 gallon traxh can and soak them for at least 24 hours. Then take a broom handle or something and stir them up real good. The balls will knock the stuff off each other so you don't have to scrub them one at a time

I'm quite sure that the plastic cover is waterproof so they shouldn't be waterlogged. If they went into a lake or river once, though, they either didn't go very straight or very far. :=)

Why not pop them in you mouth and have a little treat whilst cleaning your golf balls. Just as long as you dont exceed your R.D.A. cleaning your them could be fun and not a chore.

Call a driving range and ask if you can borrow or rent their ball washer for an hour.

Swollow them,when they come out give them a rinse then they should be good as new.

By new ones those balls will be useless, dead ball.
