He's taking me away for the weekend and has already gotten me a ring for his big proposal. So very nice and affordable is what i need he is a great guy and I'm at a loss. He is a hopless romantic so some tips could help too.I'd like to be very romatic for him too.

I agree with Reccmike..................You pick out a ring that you think he would like..Not a wedding band, but a mans ring...Propose to him!!!
After you are married later then he will have a ring for his right hand ring finger.............
Buy a new nightie, buy a bottle of wine or champaygne(spelling wrong) ...Write him a poem, short but sweet by telling him how you feel..You can do it! Buy him a pair of boxers(gold)

Since he is a romantic, you could decorate the bedroom with rose petals, candles etc..and treat him to a romantic getaway at home (will save a lot on going to a fancy hotel).

I got my boyfriend (now ex) concert tickets. To a band that he really liked that happened to be in town. I got the best tickets I could which were in the front pit. it was something fun for him.
