Yes...and No.. Depends on what your aiming for. Herbs can help out your dietary lifestyle. Green tea, Ginkabaloba (sp) just for instance are two major herbs out there people are using. But dont factor in the hippie herbs for modern day medicine. Talk to a doctor about introducing your body to such products, if you just jump right in your body might not be able to accept them 100% and you could end up ill.
