There _is_ a difference between the 12 disciples and the 12 apostles. I.e., Judas was one of the disciples, but not of the apostles; Paul was one of the apostles, but not of the disciples.

Anyway, the disciples were:
Simon, (whom he also named Peter,) and Andrew his brother, James and John, Philip and Bartholomew, Matthew and Thomas, James the [son] of Alphaeus, and Simon called Zelotes, аnd Judas [the brother] of James, and Judas Iscariot, which also was the traitor. (Luke 6:14-16)

A disciple is a follower. Jesus had a lot more than twelve disciples. From among his many disciples, he chose twelve apostles. An apostle is someone who is sent on a mission. A more modern word would be agent.
