The purpose of a monodiet is to cleanse the body of impurities that we aquire while eating things that are not organic. Its not silly its healthy. What is silly is too do it for more than a week.

Avocados contain Vitamin A, B1 (thiamine), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B5 (pantotenic acid), B6 (pryidoxine), B9 (folic acid) and C. Bananas contain Vitamin B3, B5, B9, C and E. Vitamin D is produced by the skin in sunlight but can also be found in mushrooms. Vitamin K is found in dark green leave vegetables, such as spinach. Really it's not recommended that you stick to one type of food in a diet. A balanced diet includes food from many food groups and different types.

Don't know what a monodiet is, but I'm thinking you are considering eating one particular food and one only. That is really pretty silly. Your body was not designed to run that way and it's ridiculous to think that you can have a high quality of life by eating one and only one kind of food. If losing weight is your aim, but then stick to one category of foods if you must over simplify so much. Try only fresh foods of a large variety.

To maintain a healthy body, high energy levels, good brain clarity, and general well being you need to eat a variety of foods from all food groups. Try the freshest, most colorful, hand prepared diet and see how that works for you.
This is how it works. You eat only the freshest foods (nothing out of a box or from the frozen food counters), you try to eat foods prepared from scratch with as much color in it as possible. Keep meat portions to the size of your palm, fats and butters to around a tablespoon or so a day, non-colorful foods like rice, bread (unless whole wheat or whole grain), and potatoes to only one or two servings a day.

Basically you have to pick it fresh, prepare it with your hands and have as much color as you can.

That is a more sensible diet. But if you must know one fruit or veggie with the most to offer, I would have to say bananas. They have folic acid, potassium, vitamin A, and fiber. I know many people that eat one everyday.
