I want my numbers in my excel spreadsheet to be one color if above a certain number, and another if they're below. I've been trying to figure it out with the if function but can't make it work. Any ideas?

Format the cells with conditional formatting:

Select the cell and go to Format->Conditional Formatting.

Let's say you want the numbers below 0 to be in red, just select the appropriate things in the boxes so that it reads "Cell value is less than 0". Then click the format button and change the font to red. Click OK and you're done.

Use conditional formatting.

FORMAT - Conditional Formatting

You can set the color for values between 1 and 100 to blue and 101 to 200 to red etc.

Have Fun!
