Yes, there are two...
Wollman Rink, east side between 62nd and 63rd Streets, and
Lasker (Trump) Rink, mid-Park between 106th and 108th Streets

Both are open from Mid-November to March 31

Yes. Wollman Rink - but it is usually packed and ridiculously overpriced. You should try Chelsea Piers instead.
