It is not that faces of all people get red by drinking alcohol. Hardly 10-12% people become red. No medicine is known for this. Even if it is there it is not advisable to take anything because it will have adverse effect. Once the intoxication get down automatically you will be come normal.

The fact that you are drinking to the point of blood vessels in your face turning your face red makes me think you are drinking way too much.

Yes there is a way to gid rid of the red face that results from drinking alcohol......STOP DRINKING!

You could try dunking your face in a bowl of cold water- cold temperatures cause blood vessels to constrict.
