Last night for dinner, I prepared myself a salad, and was using some turkey lunchon meat. I am not sure how long it has been in the fridge, however, it had a slime covering it, kind of a clear film. It was difficult to slice because it kept slidding out of my hand.

I tasted it, and it tasted fine and smelled, so I went ahead and ate it.

This morning, I have to use the bathroom alot, always sitting for a while. Do you think it is the turkey? and how can you tell if turkey is bad?

When deli meats start to develop a slimey coating, it's time to throw them away. Be glad that you're only sitting on the toilet, and not vomiting violently, or in the hospital.
As a general rule, you should use sliced turkey from the deli in 2-3 days, though I go up to a week. Nothing longer.

turkey lunchmeat should not be slimy....most likely the turkey was no good. Drink lots of water to help clean your system of it....you'll just have to wait it out though. Next time a good rule of thumb is if there is ANY doubt in your mind whether or not a food is still good....DON'T EAT IT. It's not worth risking your health.
