contract of employment for non eu citizens?

does anyone know of any companies in the Kent area that will offer a work contract to someone who lives in Morocco so that he can come and work in the UK. He has a passport but no visa. He has IT skills and English language and literature qualifications . He also speaks fluent English Arabic and French

No. If I knew, I would never tell, as we have more than enough non-EU people over here.
