YES watched Saturday and last night ,what a great score...I was impressed and I'm England through and through.
My boyf is a jock and we were all supporting the Scots !!
It was even better than the England game......they deserve it !!

As a Scot, I have to say that actually, no, we're not brilliant at football.
The difference however, between Scotland and England (when it comes to football) is we're more realistic and don't believe we are the best in the world and that we're going to win everything, how many times did you hear England fans say "We're so going to win the world cup. Oh wait, we didn't."
Sure, we wern't there, but we're only a little country....given we've only got a population of around 5m which is smaller than that of London, meaning far fewer people to be potential 'stars', I don't think we're that bad!

LMAO, most of these people are explaining to you how good Scotland are are as if you don't know who Scotland are. lol. Aye, anyway, ******* brilliant last night, eh? Euro 2008 way Ally's army.....and Tommy and Walter.
Someone said Scotland occasionaly qualify, they've qualified many times for tournaments and were the only British team British for 4 World Cups.

and they are brilliant at rugby,
and Scotland is the most intellectual and cultured nation in Europe, if not the world.

Of course we are!!! Watched the game in the pub on saturday and couldn't believe it!!! Was dreading the game at first cause i mean we don't have a good record with the faroes but it was brilliant , and we won again last night!!! Woohoo - will be painting aberdeen blue and white tomorrow night !!!!!

Scottish is not particularly good at football, although they are doing well so far in the qualifying group stage of Euro2008. In the British Isle, I recog England has the strongest team in terms of football, no offence what so ever.

They haven't got outstanding individual players but Walter Smith has got them organised and given them back some pride in the jersey.They will not be an easy to team to beat and who knows maybe they will again start to produce the kind of players that made them the stars of the English League.
