Have been communicating on internet for 2 years. Have not met physically only via photos and cam. He has become my best friend and I, his. I want him to leave his wife and he says she has to leave him...because of his religion.

I am going to be really straight with you.

This guy is acting out a fantasy with you. He doesn't really love you, and his wife isn't going to leave him. He isn't going to leave his wife either, and it sure isn't because of "religion".

You need to snap out of this dream world you are living in.

I'm sorry to sound harsh because I am sure you really care for him ... but you are feeling all this love for what amounts to an illusion. His situation isn't real and neither are his supposed feelings.

If you want a real wake-up call, get on a plane and show up at his house. Tell his wife. Watch how fast he hides behind her skirt. He is playing with your emotions and has no remorse or regrets about doing so. For your own emotional well-being, you need to stay away from people like this.

Why are you getting involved with married men? Don't you think you are good enough to get a man of your own?

Because of his religion... Come on now. I am sure his religion is also against married men having a relationship with other woman. If he was really unhappy in his marriage, he would leave her and let her know what was going on, that he was no longer in love with her. Or at least that would be the right thing to do. Why would you want to take a man away from somebody? Think about how she will feel. I am not putting you down, but in a situation like this you should think of the other peoples feelings before your own. What if he does leave his wife, goes to you, and then starts talking to another woman on the internet for 2 years, then leaves you for her. Wouldn't you be very unhappy. I am just saying, you should try to find a man that is unattached.

if he was really into his religion he would not kept the communication open between the two of you. it is a sad situation that he let it build up to this point. just out of curiosity, what religion is he?

First you knew he was married and went along. do not agree to something and try to change midstream that was your bad. Second to demand that he leave his wife for you is stupid and would put him in major and hard felt circumstances. just except that you are help to him and fulfillment to you both
