BEING A RECOVERING ADDICT, I KNOW HOW HARD IT CAN BE TO KICK A HABIT. HOWEVER, ADDICTION IS A DISEASE OF THE MIND. ADDICTS HAVE A TENDENCY TO SUBSTITUTE ONE ADDICTION FOR ANOTHER. NATUROPATHY CAN BE DANGEROUS IF NOT MONITORED BY A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL. BE CAREFUL, AND ASK YOUR DOCTOR THE RIGHT QUESTIONS. AND ALSO GET A SECOND OPINION.

YOGA AND NATUROPATHY

By incorporating Yoga and Naturopathy, the programme aims at improving the physical, mental, moral and spiritual aspects of human life by adapting a holistic method of treatment, which besides being drugless is free from side effects. The basic aim is to stabilize the inner body system to prevent re-occurence of disease. These methods ensure positive health, longevity and happiness as they entail a lifestyle where the internal, vital life giving forces of human body are synchronized and interplayed with the forces of nature. The nature cure treatment is based on a hospital concept and is carried out indoors especially for about a period of four to six weeks. The programme incorporates the following steps while imparting treatment:

Environment is maintained to be natural and encouraging || Patients are allowed to recover in a healthy environment under the direct supervision of Naturopaths || Group meetings are organized with the family members and peer groups with fixed periodicity || Necessary care and precautions are taken to ensure the patients have no contact with drug peddlers || Recovered patients are asked to counsel recovering patients to build their self-confidence and respect || Necessary care is taken to avoid relapse by ensuring regular contact with the patient and the family.

You need to rule out any deep seated factors. This should have already been done if you are under medical care. Which you apparently are, as you are taking medication.. I would presume you have been having these headaches since puberty and they have progressively worsened over the years. Being highly suggestive of some rather pronounced postural discrepancy. Applying pressure to the base of the skull should reveal something rather obvious to you.Should you make that discovery, there is something you can do to reverse it. That is where the inflammatory process begins. bringing about the irritation to the nerves of the area with the resultant headache. Having them recur in the evening is suggestive of occupational irritation. After a long day at work, you relax at home and the tissue edema begins to take its toll. Your inactivity during relaxation allows what your motion of the day prevented. Again, the postural discrepancy comes into the picture. Its long standing and progression. To intensify the frequency and intensity of the headaches. This problem is usually correctable by a doctor of Chiropractic. If you wish to discuss the original cause of this problem, feel free to contact me.
