Scream a little shout a little punch a cushion a little but why kill yourself? Being in the known world is better than ending your life and stepping into an unknown world. Remember once there you can't come back!

I would try to humor yourself as much as possible during those high anxiety moments. Also you will need to stop making it an option and perhaps replace the option with a solution to your anger. Examples could be exercise, anti-depressants seeking advice from your doctor or approaching your dilemma from a self help basis. I personally think that life is very stressful these days and I will even jokingly say that I feel like blowing my brains out. To me it is a joke [kind of like the rest of my life] but never the less the I keep on working and doing the million or so projects I have in my free time. This weekend I plan on changing the program because it has been all work and no play. Maybe you need an adventure as well? It works for me even if I do it alone as always.

personally I havent gotten to that point yet. I presently being treated for depression and anxiety. The only thing I can say is if you continue to think about suicide or have made an attempt more than once sooner or later you may succeed. Why dont you seek professional help there is no shame in that. Also get help in coping with anger issues. Anger isn't good for you or your health. during these times you need to surround yourself with family and friends. Avoid alcohol if you drink. stay busy. and be positive. Again I cant emphasize enough to seek professional help it can be something as simple as chemical embalance. You only have one life in this life time dont throw it away. Remember you will not only hurt yourself but those that love and care for you also suffer everyone loses. As for me I'm still seeking help for my problems. I have been diagnosed with cancer three years ago and was told back then that i would live for only three years I became angry, bitter etc. however, I'm not just going to lie down and die I keep going for my family. my youngest is two years old. she still needs me keep resisting and use all the resources available to you. If you want it bad enough you can turn things around to your favor.

just remember life is very short and it is not worthwhile taking it away when it is so short. Sometimes people just don't realise how many people care for them until it is to late. You need a soul mate or someone who understands you that you can talk your problems through with.. even a stranger that you can gain confidence in... getting angry we all do it and we react differently to each situation.. normally when i reach boiling point i get out of there and rethink everything over before confronting the situation so i have a level head. Please if you do feel suicidal talk to someone about your problems before something happens that can never-be undone.. there are many people who can help and would genuinely help if you need to talk look me up

First of all, I pray. I've been at the point where I just want to quit, where I just want it all to end, but praying helps get me through it. And I don't mean serene prayers, prayers of babble, hoping things will get better if I just say the right words. I mean open prayer with God, where I yell at Him if I'm angry, cry in anguish if my heart is breaking, I let God see everything, and it's amazing how I feel when it's all past. I also remember that everyone has horrible things in their lives that make life almost unbearable at times, but that is why I love God, I can always go to Him,and He always is there for me to talk to. He isn't my crutch, but He's my best friend.

I know exactly what u mean. I have gotten so upset and just fet up with life in general. I've been so down I've done stupid stuff. I've hurt myself b/c I felt like that would make things better. I talked to a councilor which really helped. I was put on Zoloft and Elli-ville (not sure of the spelling) for being depressed. When I get upset I listen to music, or just go in my room and write in my little journal I keep. I now can talk to my mom and not feel like she will judge me. Its hard with dealing with some things but, don't feel like its the last resort. Talk to a friend or family member who ur close to. Or just talk to a councilor. Sometimes talking to a complete stranger is easier than talking to someone who has known u for a while or even ur entire life. Pray about it and he will help u. Go to ur church (if u go) and talk to ur pastor/preacher and get him to pray for u. Its hard but, just take it one day at time. It gets better just don't give up. Hope this is helpful and hope u feel better. God bless u!!!!

Get help from a professional. A counselor, pastor, doctor, etc. Talk to them about your problems and get help (hopefully from more than one source). To deal with anger, ID the source, try to resolve the problem (without harming yourself or anyone else). If that is not possible, then find a way of coping with your frustration. Go for walks, talk to folks, hit a punching bag, treat yourself to a new CD. Do something that helps you feel better.

GO for a long walk and collect your thoughts. Exercise til your sore. It helps a lot! Music is also good. Feeling this way is normal and think of it like this. It can't be that bad and it won't last forever. Things always get better! Good Luck and Take Care!

A simple thought:
Even Though a day might have a whooping 86400 sec
( that makes a day too long),
lifes too short to get waste it over things that are immaterial!
Instead of running away from the thing that pisses you off
1. Either piss the other person/thing(whatever)
2. Keep ur cool, ignore it and have fun!
If i'm in your shoes, i'll opt for second!
