I still love my ex but the more I see him the less I like him. I want to spend time with him to learn to get over him. Do you think this is healthy and will work?

Yes and No. Obviously he is your ex for a reason. And spending time with will remind you of why you left him. So that would help. But the downside is that you STILL love him!! So when you spend time with him you are reminded of the reasons why. You then begin to question yourself. "He did this that really upset me BUT then he did this and that's why I love him" You will never be able to get over him if you keep doing this to yourself. It is not healthy because you are putting yourself on an emotional roller-coaster. Letting go is hard but sometimes it's a must. Your going to have to be Strong and move on. Next time you get with someone take what you've learned in the past relationship and you'll know what you will tolerate and what you won't.

i kinda looks that ways but if you feel like you still love him after a month or 2, then you might need to rethink your stragedy.

easiest way is to reduce contact (dont do cold turkey cos feeling will flood back), but just gradually - hang with other guys, see other people is far more better. how will you get over someone if you still see them.

No that is a totally screwed up plan!
You will hurt more!
Distance yourself from him until you don't want to cry when you see him.
