Co-worker: answer his stupid questions, take over some of his calls, without losing my temper.
Friend: I haven't written one friend of mine in the past 6 weeks for several reasons, but I have today.
Neighbour: I won't shout at them or insult their loudmouth dog today, that's more than they could expect.
