Is there any softwares or tips & tricks to download from RapisShare and MegaUpload easily ?

I've always got troubles when download at the two servers : RapidShare and MegaUpload
If anyone knows how can download from them easily , please tell me

I have never had a problem with them.
One thing I learned is to watch the timer tick down and be ready to d/l right then, because if you wait more than 2 minutes or so, you will have to go through the whole process all over again.
