If you don't use yeast you will never get wine. We need yeast to ferment the sugar from the grape juice into ethanol (that's alcohol). So if you eliminate yeast form the equation you will get grape juice, that's all.
It is just like baking bread, you can't create bread if you don't add any flour into it. Like flour, yeast is a very important ingredient for making wine.

you must use yeast to make wine. The formula is:
Yeast + Sugar = Alchol + C02(carbon dioxide)
There is natural yeast present on the skin of the grape. Some winemakers use a process called Carbonic Maceration. They put the whole grape clusters in a vat, suck all the air out and replaced it with C02 and force the grapes to ferment in the skin using the natural yeast. You need specialized equipment to pull this off and it usually produced wine of lesser quality. If you see a Oregon pinto noir labeled "Whole Cluster" it is made in this style and will be a more fruit forward wine that lacks the depth of character found in really good wines, but can be enjoyable as a cocktail wine.

If you mean "added yeast" then possibly, yes. There are naturally occurring yeasts that will be present and can ferment the grape squeezin's into wine. Most of the time, for the sake of a consistent product, wine makers will add specific strains of yeast to control the results from one batch to the next.
If you mean "any yeast at all" then no. The juice will eventually just rot.

If you don't use yeast, you have a better chance of getting rotten juice. Yeast converts sugar to alcohol and carbon dioxide.

yeast is needed for the fermentation processes... it 'eats' the sugar and the byproduct is alcohol
