Before judging my question, please hear me out. :) God was the answer for me when I felt all that you are feeling right now. Not because I'm weak, or because I just didn't want to have to think for myself, which, those who know me, say I think too much, and know too much, so trusting in God isn't an act of lunacy. See, when I gave God my heart, I felt peace. I asked God to release me from any thing holding me prisioner in life, and He did. I don't have to carry around guilt, worry, depression, anymore. I let Him have it all, yes, it was a bit hard to learn how to do that, but now, it was so worth it. I'm free now, I can go around with a smile because I really feel it, instead of it being pasted on just to appease those around me. God loves you, and He doesn't want you to feel weighed down like that. He alone can really relieve your depression, you might have to talk to a trained professional if there is a chemical imbalance in your brain, but other than that, God is the only answer. He alone offers freedom from the weight of the world. Please feel free to write me if you want to know the steps I took to get to where I am free today.

go on a long walk where you will see alot of nature or trees. Walk for about 60 minutes and let your mind wander and be refreshed with the energy from the walk and from nature. Make going on a walk a habit and you will crave the mental time and the exercising. Also before you go to sleep every night, meditate. Lay down and breathe in and out very deeply, consciously aware of your breath for as long as you can remember. this will relax your body and put you at ease into sleep. learn breathing techniques to help calm your nerves and focus your mind

Meditation in prayer, Yoga and lots of water (rest time). Do cardio (running, dancing, sprint walk, swimming etc. (workout time) good luck, you can do it, or JUST DO IT!!!
