Set your oven on hot about 200 electric and heat the pie up for about 20 minutes.

Probably should have thought of that before making it in advance but yeah it's fine - oven for 25 mins on 180 'C or microwave for 3mins

Whatever you do, DON'T use the microwave, your dough will go soggy first and turn stone hard when it's cooling.
I'd recommend the oven,175 centigrades, 10 - 20 minutes, depending on thickness.

Def possible-I would say 150-180 degrees C for about half an hour should do it

I usually reheat things using the defrost cycle...it works and doesn't dry out.

atb a low temp in oven till hot right through will be fine.
