People make the mistake of blaming Almighty God for all the suffering we see becuase they think that he is the real ruler of this world. The Bible cleary states: "The whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one."(1John5:19).
Secondly, mankind has been imperfect and sunful ever since the rebellion in the garden of Eden.Adam and Eve were created perfect and designed to live forever, but because of their disobedience they passed on imperfection, sin and death to all mankind.
When Satan led Adam and Eve into disobeying Jehovah,an important question was raised.Satan questioned Jehovah's right to rule.By calling God a liar who withholds good from his subjects, Satan charged that Jehovah is a bad ruler.(Gen.3:2-5).Satan implied that mankind would be better off without God's rulership. This was an attack on Jehovah's sovereignty, his right to rule.
Yes, Jehovah could have destroyed Adam and Eve and started again. But firstly Jehovah had stated his purpose to fill the earth with the offspring of Adam and Eve,and he wanted them to live in an earthly paradise.(Gen.1:28).Jehovah always fulfills his purposes.(Isaiah55:10,11)Besides that, getting rid of the rebels would not have answered the question that had been raised and we need to keep in mind that millions of angels would have been watching these events unfold.
Allowing sufficent time to pass, for mankind to try every form of self rule, human government has been shown to be a failure.
Jehovah is Amighty, therefore he can and will undo the effects of mankind's suffering. The effects of sin will be removed and the effects of death will be reversed by means of the resurrection.God will thus use Jesus "to break up the works of the Devil."(1John3:8).Jehovah will bring all of this about at just the right time.We need to be patient and have faith, remembering God is not the cause of the pain and suffering and it pains Him to look down on His creation and witness all the pain and suffering and man's inhumanity to man.

God could stop all suffering in the blink of an eye that is true but then that is why he put you here isn't it. True you don't have Gods powers but you do have the power to go out and change things. You see a lady or child being beaten you can stop it. You see old people being mistreated you can stop it. You see war and violence on TV you and me and all of us can stop it if we so choose. There are very few things in this world that we cant change if we only apply ourselves instead of just sitting by idly and say aw that's to bad why doesn't God do something. This is our world God gave it to us it is up to us to make it a better place. If you not willing to do something then why blame God. He put us here to prove ourselves through suffering if this world was perfect then there would be no need for heaven.

I found this very interesting and have thought about this a lot.

If God made sure there was no suffering, then we would become dependent on "Him". He would be doing everything for us to make sure all was well, thus free will goes out the window, and we're all a bunch of dolls being moved around by this one being. We woudlnt be 'us'. If he stopped all suffering, that means he would have to stop death penatlies for people who have commited terrible crimes, making this world even worse as they would still walk this Earth. Whatever happens, whether he stops suffering or keeps things how they are now, people will never be happy with the final outcome.

I would rather have my own free will, and im sure "He" perfers it that way too. He gave us life to live, so we must live it. If some people chose to make others suffer, they can do so, however will later regret it.

There is suffering in the world because people allow it. It has nothing to do with a Divine being. We have the power to feed the poor, heal the sick, and care for the forgotten. Most of us just choose not to.

The phrases, "It is God's will" and "The Devil made me do it." are worn out and should be abolished.

God loves us...he won't do anything bad! how are you sure it's God making us suffer?

In the story of Noah, he destroyed mankind and saved Noah and his family so he can renew the world once again...if his people believed in his power more, they wouldn't have had to die...when it was the time of Jesus Christ, the people could live up to a thousand years until diseases were made because of the evil power of Satan...he lessend the years of life yet God can't stop him because he is as powerful but not powerful enough to take over mankind...

When someone dies in your family, you blame God...instead of blaming God, pray to God that he can forgive your loved one for anything s/he's done wrong and to take care of him/her as s/he will be judged by him in purgatory...no one can live forever and blaming God won't bring back what is lost and can't stop what is happening...he watches over us but can't make us do anything, we decide what to do yet people are deciding to terrorize, commit crimes and etc...if we choose better, no problems will happen...God can't do it for us, WE have to change the world ourselves...

don't think about yourself, if you have fancy clothes...think of the homeless with nothing else to wear...HELP anyone in trouble because that's why you were put in this world in the first place...

Why is it despite all the love, wonder, and blessings we are gifted with, we focus only on suffering, hate and pain?

And why is it despite the power we all possess to change the world for the better, we just blame God and others instead?

If you see little children suffering, then allow God to manifest love and mercy through you. By doing this you will be able to ease both their pain and yours.

Be the change you want to see in the world -- M. Gandhi

God allows man to have FREE WILL, this means you have the right to choose between right and wrong, and there are consiquences for those choices. When the Garden of Eden was in existence, God warned Adam what would happen if he ate from the tree of knowledge, then he created Eve so that Adam would no be alone, then he caused adam to sleep, removed a rib, and then created Eve. AT this time The, climate, was perfect, they had every food scource avaliable, the was no sickness, sorrow, decit, greed, lies,no pestlance...ect.Satan came to Eve and persuaded her to eat of the tree of Knowledge, upon the precept that God had lied to her, Upon doing this she imediatlly knew that she was naked, and was ashamed.Because of the FREE WILL exercised, that Physically changed all the elements of the world, we have to work for a living, there are trees and plants, with thorns, their are plant that are good and bad...diseases, and inferfection entered the picture...But God did not stop LOVING US....This is where CHRIST comes in, where God has a plan to restore everything as it was in the begining.Christ died on the cross for our sins, and wrong decisions we have made.HE died, was dead and buried in a tomb, and on the third day he assended in to heaven, victorious over death hell, and the grave. Do you realize the power in that statement? that means he lives...and life is everlasting. So many people Fear judgement, but we wont be judged on all the wrongs because Christ paid that debit with his blood...we will stand before God and be judged for what we do for Christ. Being good will not get you there. You must belive that he died for your sins, was dead and reserected. and have no doubt in your mind.Learn what in life is influenced by God on learn what is influenced by Satan...and choose to exercise your free will, becoming a christian does not eliminate all hardships, that we endure her, but it sure make life easier to deal with and he does watch over his.Being a christian does not make you any better than anyone else, but it should mean that you have assurance, peace, and understanding in your heart....until he does come and restore the world....educate yourself, for the time is comming...its up to you to seek and find the knowledge....the Holy spirit he sends to us for understanding

Remember God planned for all of us to be perfect and in a paradise earth (adam and Eve). Thye messed up and sin and disease was passed along to us. We have always from that day on been told to sacrifice offerings to God and to pray in order to bring his favor and blessings our way. Satan since his rebellion (Ex Job,Adam & Eve) has always questioned Gods Sovreignty and right to rule mankind. He did so when he told God Job would curse him to his face, if God would take away blessings from Job. God always allowed the Devil to do his testing, and plays the waiting Game in hopes that we will call on him and have faith that he will see us through the rough times. He may not keep the physical health or life of Children and our loved ones but who nkows what wonderful things he does with their souls, or what jobs he ight have for them else where on the other side?

Wow this question has been haunting God-fearing man for centuries - and I believe similar questions were asked by the Ancient Greeks. Look at the Book of Job in the Old Testament which concerns itself with this issue
