is there a link between anxiety/stress and epilepsy?

Epileptics are more likely to have seizures if they are anxious or stressed

(and also:

If they don't sleep well

If they drink alcohol

If they take recreational drugs

If they don't take their usual medicaition as prescribed)

Well I would think having epilepsy would definitely increase your stress level, because you are always worried about having an episode
