Sounds strange that ccleaner didnt get them.

Did you try booting to safe mode first just incase they were resident in memory?

A program won't uninstall if it didn't install. You have to re-install it properly, then uninstall it. Then use Ccleaner.
And boot in Safe Mode and try from there. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.

I suffer from this problem all the time and it's a real pain. When you go into most websites they all seem to download loads of rubbish which we spend time and money trying to delete.I presume you have already tried add/remove programs, next go into c-drive and try to delete in program files but probably won't show up.Finally try start, search then select all files/folders and type in program name.If this all fails you will have to use some type of registry cleaner but be very careful as these programs can delete other software which your computer needs to operate.Post new question with name of program and maybe someone else has found how to delete this particular program as some are worse than others.I hope it is a stand alone and has not attached itself to any other software you are running.

It would be wise to find out why it didn't install.
I would try to re-install it a few times and check their message boards for similar experiences..
