Stress, dehydration, something missing in your diet, possible high blood pressure, reaction to a food item you eat, not enough sleep. How long has this been bothering you? If for a while, I would suggest to see whats up and make a doc apppointment.

It could be a number of things:
Stress
Eye-strain (caused from reading in poor light and over-use of computers)
An unhealthy diet and lifestyle
Inadequate sleep
Bad sleeping material
Dehydration
Make sure that you're sleeping in a comfortable bed at night, drinking heaps of water- steering clear of too many preservative-packed, processed foods, getting a large, healthy variety in your diet, exercising a little and always reading/working in good lighting conditions.
