You need to go to a Vet. There are diffrent types of mange and they are each treated diffrently. If money is an issue you can try an over the counter product, but if there is no change, head out and go see the Doc!

It depends on the type of mange your puppy has. The red mange is only controlable with a Vet's help. There are sulphur based ointments you can buy from any feed store. I'd certainly have it checked out by my Vet if I were you. It may be cheaper in the long run, just to go ahead and have it treated there. That is, if you want to keep the pup.

No. Mange is a very serious bacterial type of infection that requires antibiotics. If not treated it will become worse and the treatments intensified. Get your puppy to the vet immediately.

sufidine is sold at most grocery stores, I found a dog a few years back and used these on the dogs backend, after a few weeks of using this product the hot spot went mostly away,it seems that they get a small reaction to something outside the house and once they start itching they dont stop.the sufadine has a sulfer smell and a antibotic in it .the smell keeps them from wanting to eat their skin and the antibotic fixes their problem.you have to be on top of this, make sure to keep their sleeping spot clean.

Dog ownership requires $$$. Being a parent requires $$$. Sorry, noting is really free. You need to take your "dog-child" to a vet, and have him properly cared for. No one said having pets was cheap, and you cannot cure mange by yourself!!!!!!!!!

There is no home remedy for this.
It can be very serious and will take prescribed medicine from the vet to clear it up.
And you will need to follow the vets protocol to the letter or it will be back and not claer up.

Baby oil mixed sulfer will help. But the vet can give you pills.Even plain baby oil is better than nothing and will help the pup's itch.
