That's why I decided that I don't believe anymore!!! I would lets take the Muslim and Christianity religion. I mean Christians say that if you don't believe in there god you are going to hell! But then they also say that God is a loving God! Now what about a baby Muslim from day one they are being toughed about there God. So they believe in there God!!! Now what does God do then when that Muslim child dies. Does he send him to hell when he never actually know about God because he was toughed about his God since he has been small. It's the same why around what if God does not exist but Allah does, do all Christian then go to hell because they believed and was brought up to believe in God? Its all confusing I think!!

We need to think of God as a Higher Power. It does not make much since to kill each other in the name of Christianity. Maybe their Bible does not have a commandment that says: "Thou shall not kill". I guess they believe they are going off to allah land. It certainly can not be a dream land since they must be a mangled mess from suicide bombings. Sane people have always asked: Why do the kill in the name of Chritianity". I hope you come up with an answer that you like.

there are three ways to gain control in a society. one is military the second is through politics and the third is religion. whenever people want control over others then they convince those people they have the answers and to follow them. there will always be those who will never leave well enough alone and will want to dominate and rule over others. Religion is just one of the ways to perform this action.

Some people love to hate, and to get their own way, they will kill anybody who stands in their way. And if they kill in the name of God, it helps them to justify their twisted needs -- and that goes for any and all religions that do this.

One's religion (faith, belief) should be private and personal. We should remain free to worship as we choose, as long as we do not encroach upon the rights of others. How we teach our family is also of our own concern.
It is not our job to "convert" others to our way of thinking/believing, although some faiths contend that we are disciples. However, by definition, "disciple" means: "One who embraces and assists in spreading the teachings of another."
Notice that the operative word is "assists" and not "foists."
Conflicts seem to arise, when individuals insist that their belief is the "right" and "only" way and when they attempt to push those beliefs upon others - not unlike those who appear on my doorstep, to preach their ways. Can they not understand that I already embrace my own legitimate faith and its teachings?
The U.S. Constitution grants us freedom of religion. Similarly, if we so choose, we should be permitted to enjoy freedom from religion, as well.

Christians should not fight in any war, especially a religious one. Jesus said to love our enemies, not to wage war against them. We are also to pray for those who persecute us, not fight against them. We need to show love for one another, At Ephesians 6:12 we are told: "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places."
So the only fight we have is against Satan and his demons.

I agree completely - the Creator would never want us to kill each other, so those who claim they are killing in the name of the Creator are lying. They are killing because they are violent, hateful people.
