Depends on what was lost to begin with... For instance if you have lost your self respect you can regain it once you clear your mind and evolve from your past mistakes or falls.

If its not self respect but its pride, you can earn it back if you cut everyone off that tested and destroyed your pride in the first place!

depends upon what is lost and if the person actually wants to regain what was lost in the first place.

That depends.

Most of the time, it's yes and no though, it will be regained, but it's never the same.

You who are spiritual, RESTORE those taken in a fault. As for spiritual wickedness in high places, it's the put off to put away, for such law law may get ya high, but it's a fall from grace to "fall" into the "hands" of law law God on high in the law law heavens.

I find none are lost if 100/100 sheep are found, even the 1/100 which was lost is found; And none are lost(dead) if 2/2 sons are both found(alive), even the law law 1/2 wit which was lost(dead) and is found(alive). Mt 18:12,13; Lk 15:6, 24, 32.

Eg: Enoch was "not found" = lost; but then "found" = not lost.
Note: he was not found because he walked with law law God, and such law law God took him to law law heavens on high. But Christ: the end of the law, obviously took him up higher, when he ascended "far above the heavens", to appear to "God in heaven" (higher than the heavens) for us.

The "grace" of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.

No it can't be regained and to try to do this will lead to heartache. What is gone is gone, we must move on.
