I am giving mine gold plated Tiaras and matching jewelry for the wedding. I found the cutest little Tiara on ebay... it's really funny because I told one of my bridemaids- she a hairdresser that I was getting Tiara for everyone... she was sooo excited! I guess every girl loves a tiara!
Anything would be fine for yours- just don't make it something huge or bulky-- like a body pillow and you'll be fine.
Jewelry is great- it's affordable and then everyone is set for the wedding. Last wedding I was in the girl made up "spa" boxes and they were nice. She took a hat box and filled it with tons of body products... I was really nice. Another one I got a bathrobe in.. with my name embroider on it- that was OK. And then another time I got all this African crap from a friend that went to Africa... it suck because she just bought random crap and gave it to us... I don't even like African art or stuff but that's what she gave us because she visit there. It was very impersonal and random.

i'm getting my ladies a customised wine glass. each of them enjoys ingesting wine so i assumed this may well be a lovable thought. The glass is hand painted and says alongside the backside "thank you for being my Bridesmaid" and on the precise section it has their preliminary. you could substitute the colours on the glass in case you like and have their call spelled out as a substitute of basically the preliminary. i'll be putting the glasses and 2 alternative little issues (no longer something very costly) in a sort of image packing containers.

Get them monogrammed duffel bags.

I did that for my bridesmaids, so they can bring a change of clothes with them, and after the wedding it's something they can still use.

Gifts you are giving them or gifts they are giving you?

Gifts for them: a gold chain with a single pearl on it; perfect to wear with their gown.

Gifts for you: Whatever they can afford and wish to travel with.

Buy each of them a book that reflects their interests, and then write a nice note inside. Reading material for the plane!

i would say either a gold chain with a pearl on it or a pearl bracelet that they can wear to your wedding and other special occasions.
