Sit in a very warm bath with lots of epsom salts for 10 minutes 3 times a day and they go away pretty quickly. Take a poo softener so you don't get constipated and aggrevate them further.

Seriously, see a specialist to have it removed, it will never go away with cream, etc. it will become bigger instead. I have just gone for a ligation for piles of 10 years. Now all problem gone.

Try some witch hazle pads that are cold. (keep them in the fridge). Stool softeners and drink plenty of water.

try using benadryl cream it will bring the swelling down and take care of the painful itching involved. It realy does work.
