maybe a nice watch or an animal.animals would be good because scientists have proven that animals are healing and calming.You could take him out instead of giving a gift,like a restaurant or a carnival.Get him some fishing gear or a nice new camera.He'll appreciate it,no matter what.

There is nothing she can buy him that would not be better than taking the day to spend with him, thats what all Dad's want

What does he like? Perhaps she could buy him something that relates to his interests and hobbies, or a CD of his favorite artist.
