Of course. I am allready in such a relationship. My girlfriend is more of a man than you'll ever be and she does not have a penis.

I think I need more information about this guy. Was he born this way or was he Bobbited? Was there an accident or some disease where the penis was removed? And, if he was born this way, does he really have female parts and was misnamed?
Seriously. There is more to intimacy and sex than the genitals. If I loved this person, whatever gender or sexual orientation or whatever, I or he or she was, then it could be worked out.

There are many ways of attaining sexual intimacy without penetration with a penis. You need to be completely up front with what happened to you any time a relationship gets going.
Yes there are going to be a great many who not want to continue with you. So what? Those are simply women who aren't sure enough of themselves or understand their own sexuality to be a real partner any way.
If you haven't already, you need to become an expert in any other form of sexual activity that you can preform, oral, foot, digital and fisting. Also consider a strap on, it works for women, it will for you.

no, because sex is a important part of a relationship, altho it is not the be all and end all of the relationship, its what can help you be stronger, united as a couple. also if you ever wanted to have a family of your own, well you would be stuffed...so the answer is NO
