I would have said yes to this a month ago. Since then, I have discovered something I want more than anything I have ever wanted. I swear that when what keeps me from that thing is resolved...I will not complain. I will be the happiest woman on earth...you can hold me to that.

Yes.

In general use, a complaint is an expression of displeasure, such as poor service at a store, or from a local government, etc.

In the common law, a complaint is a formal legal document that sets out the basic facts and legal reasons (see: cause of action) that the filing party (the plaintiffs) believes are sufficient to support a claim against another person, persons, entity or entities (the defendants) that entitles the plaintiff(s) to a remedy (either money damages or injunctive relief).

So, unfortunately, there will always be people that are unsatisfied, just as some might be unsatisfied with this answer.

The longer I ponder this, it is impossible. In order to have everything resolved, there would have had to have been a plan. That plan would have had to have had steps to follow. These steps would have been handled in a sub-committee and then given to the committee for further review before deciding on the ultimate plan. Throughout this process there are participants whose ideas do not make the proposal to the committee, let alone to the final draft of the plan. Inherently, the system is flawed, leaving you with disastified people who will no doubt complain.

Something like that probably.

We'd complain about how it was resolved and why someone else resolved it and not us...i don't think everything will be resolved on this earth.
