Depend what part of Asia your talking about. Like Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei and Singapore, it is normally rainy in the afternoon but hot during the day. Philippines got the most rain though. During the day is a bit cooler.

In China, India and West Asia, it'll be winter.

Depends which part of asia. Southeast asia experiences cooler temperature around that time usually december to mid january

northern southeast asia can get a bit cold and rainy. ithe higher the elevation the colder it gets.
the southern part of southeast asia is great.

i'm in southeast asia (maybe u know as suck country, indonesia), it's rainy on december, almost everyday, not so cold...
but as i know, in east asia like china and japan, it's snowy... and it's cold. i don't know what's the weather in south and west asia...
