i would slice potatoes very thinly an layer them in a oven dish alternating with sliced onion if you have any. sprinkle with pepper and add a knob of butter. place on lid and bake top of oven. for 1hour.
25/30min after putting in potatoes, place the trout in foil with beans and peppers and fresh tomatoes (if you have any) on top add seasoning, alittle butter, lemon juice. wrap into a parcel and cook in oven the lemon juice and the fish juices will steam the fish beans and peppers.
id put paresan back in fridge because its a strong flavour and it will over power the trout.

cook the trout, microwave will do, add some butter and seasoning and cover it. When it's done (should only take a few minutes depending on the size of the fish and the power of the microwave)- pull the meat away from the bones and skin and put it into an ovenproof dish
chop the peppers and beans and fry them lightly and put them on the top of the fish- pour over some cream if you have it, mix it together.
Boil your potatoes and mash them until they are nice and creamy. Spoon the mash on the top, then sprinkle some finely grated Parmesan onto the mash. Bake it for about 20 minutes and you should have a pretty tasty fish pie.

Get yourself on Ready Steady Cook!
Failing that, boil & mash the potatos and add butter. Grill the trout then break it up and put in a pyrex dish. Put the mash on top and sprinkle the cheese on top. Bake for 5 minutes & serve with the boiled veg. - Enjoy!!
I've just read Miss Behave's suggestion and now feel totally inadequate - Who needs recipe books when you've got Yahoo answers?!
