I can take pictures, but i cant view the pictures, anyone know how to reset the camera or solution to this problem.

You should have a Display button which turns your display on and off. Also while you are shooting, the Display button displays more information if you choose. While in playback mode, the Display button can be used to show more information about the picture. Check your owner's manual or online if you still can't figure it out.

switch to the viewer mode from camera mode
that should work
no need to press disp button
if the problem persists then u should reset the camera
steps to do that:
switch to the viewer mode and then press the menu button for 5 secs
a new box appears it asks is u wana reset select ok
then restart the camera
the problem should go away

picasa is a Google's photo software. It's what should've come with your camera.
It can Edit , organise and Share you picture and small video flips.
It's very easy to use and is free, just like Google

push "Disp" button also should have a switch toward top right middle of back camera press to down position
