No the past will always haunt you. If you are planning on getting back with an ex be sure you can cope with what broke you two up in the first place.

Definitely NO! I tried to do that but in the end got hurt more than the first time, and now I'm healing my wounds without success.. Always remember that there is a good reason why you broke up with someone, although you might forgot it after 365 days that went by..
On the other hand, it might work for you men.. Sometimes I think that all doors are open for you wherever you want to go..

Now that depends on why you broke up. If it was something like trust issues or adultery then no I don't think so. But if it were likeyou two were just not in the right place at the right time or you had to grow up some to really give to the relationship then yes it can be a whole new experience I believe

It wouldn't be a new relationship. but u both hopefully have grown up since u were in ur last relationship together and u can't keep bring up the past but move on in the future.. realize that u are two different people if its been over a year. and grow from there..

Of course you can..... Sometimes a split is even better.. You come back to the relationship even better. You have grown up, see things differently. Sometimes there is a better appreciation for the other person because you have been out there and done everything else.

Let go of the past mistakes that caused you to break up in the first place and start fresh. It would be tragic not to try again and then be sorry for it later down the road. Good Luck!
