can't tell you what it is but try selson blue shampoo 10 minutes before showering just on the spot 3 times a week. It helped my husband. His was a spot of psrhorisis. Caution, if it is a raw spot from scratching it may burn at first, but was well worth the outcome. You should see a Dr. to get a professional diagnosis. Considering the location Don't take any chances of it being a form of skin cancer or cyst beginning to develop. Good Luck

You need to go see a doctor. You could have something as simple as eczema or psoriasis.
