the girl is reading in our institute and is junior to me. she mostly keeps making eye contact with me whenever we cross,but is not proceeding.what to do in this condition. should i ask her directly. she even has a good friend who seems to communicate better, should i take her help to know wheather she is equally intrested.

The easiest thing to do is when you are in the lunchroom, and if she is by herself, just casually walk over and sit down. Start a conversation about a hot point, something she can relate to. Maybe school work. After a period of time, if you will follow your instincts they will tell you whether she likes you as a friend or maybe would like to go out with you sometime to a movie or maybe just for a walk. You can keep these things simple. Sometimes the simplest things get the best results. Be yourself and do not try to be something that you aren't, If you do, sooner or later she will see through this act.

Just talk to her as a friend first, then if the chemistry is there you can ask her out.

i think this girl likes you or is attracted to you,...you can justsimply approach her and talk to her, be friends with her first. then ask her if she is into you.
