I'd like to be able to create a print off of each of the computers in my office, showing what software is installed on each. Is there any easy way to do this?

Agree. Belarc advisor will give you not only all the software (with serial numbers etc) but a list of all the hardware and other important things to have. It is free and an excellent program.
