Wouldn't you say that much depends on your motivation?
Giving help, if genuinely motivated by a desire to be helpful, is spiritually beneficial for the helper. Sex is very much of this world and sex for sex's sake certainly does not promote anyone's spiritual development. The usual word for trading sex for money is "prostitution" ~ so another question to perhaps ask yourself is -- are you courting this woman from a heart of love (hopefully hers too) or are you just fancying her and taking advantage of her in her bereavement?

You're not much bothered about "Sin" , are you ? Not if such a thing has occurred to you in the first place !
To exploit someone's need is worse than anything else . If you have the cash to pay for it , go to someone who offers it for money , instead of forcing another to sin , too .

Can you really live with your self knowing that he is your best friend and you want to have sex with his wife? Dude have some respect for the dead. You have no right to ask for sex in return in the first place! If she wants a sexual relationship with you she will let you know.

Why would you want to force her into prostituting herself? What you are proposing is wrong and yes it is a sin. If you are able to help the woman, help her but be a gentleman about it, not a creep.

it is a sin to do that.
if u love her from ur heart , then marry her lawfully with her as well as both ur parents' consent. that is what the religious books say -- be it of any faith.
if it is for fun, then u better fast or pray or read ur Holy book, that way u can keep urself in control.

Why dont u ask her hand in marriage, but first ask your wife permission first.
It is better to wed, as beside having sex with her lawfully, u can provide extra protection to her as a husband and giv her children a father to take care of them.
Muslim is allowed to do this.

Depends on your interpretation of "SIN" but I can tell you that I think it is definately morally wrong.
The fact that you even had to ask is a real problem for you.
