Momo's are steamed dumplings, similar to Dimsums, Wantons etc. Usually made with mince pork, nowadays people use chicken, shrimps and vegetables. Can tell you more if you're interested.
Its juicy, succulent and goes along with the stock it is cooked in and red chilli paste. Native to Nepal/Tibet/China etc...

MOMO. It is the Museum of Modern Ort. For those who don't know...an ort is a small scrap or leaving of food after a meal is completed. Many of the Ortwork pieces in this museum are leftovers from McDonalds and Taco Bell.

MOMO is a Nepal / Tibet food. it is made by putting minced meat in a cover made of rice or flour, then steaming the packet. it is served piping hot along with soup.
excellent for health and tasty too.
