Here are some general guidelines, although it may vary depending on your height and weight:

Eat a diet consisting of at least 300 grams of complex carbohydrates, 100 grams of protein, and 2,500-3,000 calories a day. Include starchy vegetables such as potatoes and beans, as well as grains, turkey, chicken, fish, eggs, avocados, safflower oil, raw cheeses, nuts and seeds. Eat only whole-grain/ whole-wheat breads, pasta, crackers, and cereals.

But remember, do not eat fried foods or junk foods for extra calories. Also eliminate coffee, tea, soft drinks and anything else with caffeine.

pop your own popcorn old school with a pan and the corn and use much much oil. and and put salt or some other taste in the oil and the popcorn get sooo good and one pot a night will swell your bodys might.

yes, increase your calorie intake. Of course you will gain fat that way. The best way is to build muscle mass. This however takes longer. Yet to maintain muscle you will need to eat more. Takes more calories to maintain muscles than fat.
