At first I'd think Mm hmm, I already know it's coming to an end sometime. But particularly if the time were short, if I were convinced that the person was telling the truth, well, I suppose I'd spend the time talking to folks about spiritual things, do what I could and leave the rest to God - pray that as many people as possible get their affairs in order with Him before the time comes so they'll be able to give an account to Him not on the basis of what they have done...
Because we all have black marks on our record... unless they have been erased. And erasing them is God's department - so, we want to give Him an accounting on the basis of what He has done for us.
Jesus was more than just a historical figure, the fact that He came to earth at all was the most important historic event up to that time, and all the more so that He died and rose again. That remains the most important historic and spiritual event the universe has ever known. Check it out(1).
But really, today is the day of reckoning(2), yes, but also the day of grace(3) and the day of salvation(4). The day of rest from our own works(5). The day of passage from death to life(6). So better to do it now than wait, while it is yet called Today...

I believe that God created the world (and the rest of the universe), and therefore we are His and sometime in the future, though we don't know when, Jesus will return to judge every person who has ever existed. The important thing is what we do in the mean time. This world will come to an end, but there is one (that is eternal) afterwards, and where we go in that world is up to Him, so while I wait, I try to live for God, because He made me and I am His.

Depends on who told me! I mean if someone just came up to me on the street, then I wouldn't even bother wasting my time thinking about it. If however I was visited by some ghostly figure or spiritual being, then I might take notice. If it was going to end, I would ensure that I have enough champagne in! If you are going to go, then enjoy your last moments. I would also get my saxophone out..well most TV programs and films end with a tune! Or I would avoid seeing a fat singing women, after all, it surely can't be over until the fat lady sings!

It would probably only "end" in human terms. If all us humans explode and die we'd probably be doing the rest of the worlds inhabitants a massive favour. An end to global warming, pollution and mass destruction of anything vaugely valuable. Cows might have to come along with us though. Life will pevail!

Well I darn sure wouldn't go to work. I would call me friends and let them know how much I think of them(I try to do this anyway), then I would ask forgiveness from those I have hurt, next I would be with my family till the end. I am at peace with myself and would not be afraid, I know I will be going to a better place after this life.

There'd have to be some pretty compelling evidence before I withdraw all my money and blew the lot on frivolities. After that... well, I'd probably ask all the woman who I fancied if they'd have sex with me, 'just to see what it was like' (with them that is, not sex in general lol). After all, the world's about to end. Imagine how depressed I'd be when they still turned me down, knowing they'd be dead soon anyway lol. Mind you, the world would be ending soon so that would ease the embarassment :)

Make sure my family knew I loved em all then go to the park with my wife and little girl and act as if it was just another day to enjoy life......
(dependant on time scale of course, cos we all know the worlds going to end at some point)

I would feel exactly as I feel right now, since the world IS ending.
It's been coming to an end for thousands of years now.... (as in, everyday that passes, it gets closer to that time) so why be excited now? :)

Science says the world must go to an end, the universe has to re-collapse again ( this is one of the most recognized theories in physics)
